If you or a colleague need a new account on an AGNR website, there is a simple two-step process to make that happen.

For AGNR site, Department Sites, Old Extension Site

  1. Have a supervisor fill out the Account Request Form. (UMD Directory ID login required). The form must be submitted by someone who has decision-making authority over the content of the website in question. Typically this is a director/supervisor for the new user, but it can also be another person who already has website access and will be sharing the editorial duties.
  2. The person needing the account must complete a short video training course (approximately an hour of videos and two quizzes) before being given full access. To expedite the process, this training may be begun at any time. The online training may be bypassed if someone who is already familiar with the website will take responsibility for training the new user.

    2. AGNR/Department website training course

For New Extension Site

Submit a ticket to the Web Service Desk and request access. The Communications Team will get back to you with more information.
