Instructions to perform a manual update to Zoom Mobile apps:
On your mobile device, launch a web browser and enter the following URL: zoom.com/download. The app store associated with your mobile device’s platform (for example Apple App Store or Google Play) should automatically launch. On an iPhone, tap the Update button next to the Zoom icon near the top. Follow the directions, if any, to complete the update (the directions may vary depending on your product’s platform). On an iPhone you will see the Open icon instead of Update when the update is completed.
Optional: Instructions to check the Version of Zoom Mobile App:
- For Apple smartphones running iOS: Launch the Zoom App. Select Settings located on the lower right. Then select About which will display a new window, revealing the current version.
